We are excited to announce the eighth annual POST 84 gala reunion and fundraiser! We invite current and past members and friends of the POST 84 community to come together and celebrate, support, and learn more about the program. We look forward to hosting and hope to see you there!

DETAILS

The event will include student speeches, music, silent and live auctions, and of course delicious dinner, desserts, and an open bar with beer, wine, and soft drinks. Your donations will go directly to providing gear, scholarships, and program support for any students who wants to experience the outdoors, helping make our 100% volunteer led trips possible and accessible. POST 84 is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible (EIN 20-5978450).

The dress code for the event is Semi-Formal/Business Casual, but we wouldn’t be an outdoor education program if we didn’t encourage “formal” outdoor wear as well.

Our menu will include vegetarian and vegan options, provided by Duos Catering. If you have any dietary information that you did not indicate in your ticket purchase, please let us know! 

Programming, including student speeches and live auctions, will begin at 7 PM.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Individual tickets are $65 for general admission and $45 for alumni, SPS teachers, or guests under 18 years old.

Tables can also be purchased and cover admission for 10 guests, including the table captain. Table captains will lead their table and help coordinate registration information for all of their guests.

When purchasing tickets, you will be asked to indicate any dietary restrictions, food allergies, and/or special accommodations so we can plan accordingly. Please complete as much of the registration information as possible, including pre-registering a credit card for the event to help expedite check-in.
