Apply for POST staff!

Being a staff member is a great way to meet new people and give back to the program. As a staff member, you will learn many invaluable life skills, such as leadership, responsibility, how to work effectively with a team, and more. If you are interested in applying for POST staff, we highly encourage all to do so!

Becoming a POST staff member is a serious commitment, and being on staff comes with a lot of responsibility. All applicants should review the POST Staff Expectations on the About POST page to understand the role of staff members. Please take this application seriously and apply only if you’re willing to make a serious, long term commitment. Only a select group of applicants will be interviewed, so write thoughtful and complete answers. Interviews will take place once all applications have been reviewed. If you receive an interview, please bring a skill and be prepared to teach it, along with a joke. Your skill does not need to be related to outdoor education, but it should showcase your leadership ability.
